This code of conduct serves as a guiding principle for all members, employees, and partners of the academy, ensuring that our community operates in a manner that is respectful, fair, and ethically justifiable.

All members of the academy pledge to uphold honesty and transparency in their professional endeavors. We strive not to disseminate false information or misleading representations.

Conflict of Interest Avoidance
Members should avoid conflicts of interest and clearly separate their professional activities from personal interests.

Respect and Diversity

Respectful Behavior
The academy expects all members and employees to behave respectfully towards others, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, or social background. Physical, psychological, or sexualized violence in any form will not be tolerated, actively pursued, and consistently penalized.
