The Christian Köster Förderpreis is organized by the German Advertising Film Academy.

The German Advertising Film Academy was founded in June 2013 by German producers from the field of moving images in marketing.

The academy is a platform and meeting place for ideas and visions, discussions and innovations, as well as a training and promotion center for up-and-coming talent from the moving image sector.

Our members, the producers and former winners of the German Advertising Film Award, come from all creative fields related to moving images in marketing.

The German Advertising Film Academy annually hosts the most important national award for commercially produced moving images, the German Advertising Film Award.

As a promoter of talents, the German Advertising Film Academy also organizes the Christian Köster Furtherance Prize, which is presented as part of the German Advertising Film Award.

During the annual DWA Speed-Recruiting event; which is open for members of the Producers Alliance, the Advertising Film Academy and register young talents – job seekers and potential future employers come together in a "Speed-Dating" format.
